Warm fresh milk until it becomes lukewarm.

Pour the lukewarm milk into the Dahi Pot.

Using a traditional Mathani (Churner), churn the milk until a light foam appears on the surface.

Add Jaman (Starter Curd Culture). If starter culture is unavailable, a small amount of sour curd or a few drops of lemon juice may be used as a natural fermenting agent.

Mix gently.

Close the pot with its lid.

Leave it overnight in a cool and airy place.

By morning, enjoy naturally thick, creamy, smooth, and delicious homemade curd prepared the traditional way.
